In the spring of 2019, we bought two and a half acres of raw land in Northern Minnesota. Wanting to live a more sustainable lifestyle both for ourselves and for our kids, we started building a homestead.

June of 2020, I started my own LLC named after our homestead. After writing for the last three years, I knew this is what I wanted to keep doing. But I wanted to build a career in writing, and creating a business was one of the first steps.

Already Almost Home was the first book I published under my newly established business. Souvenir, The One, and a revamped edition of Aesthetic Blindness have since been published.
